Dear Parents and Guardians,
Termination of face-to-face North Shore classes
Due to COVID-19 and the Prime Minister’s announcement on the evening of 29 March 2020 restricting further community interaction, North Shore face-to-face classes will cease immediately.
The Main Campus at Upper Mt Gravatt remains open until 3 April 2020. Following the Easter holiday, it will re-open on 20 April 2020. If you need any support during this time, you can contact your Campus Manager. Current office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 – 13:00.
Remainder of Term 1 classes
Classes scheduled between 30 March 2020 and 3 April 2020 fall under Term 1, Week 10.
Learning materials for Term 1, Week 10 have already been distributed to students who should proceed to North Shore Online for this week’s class.
Term 2 classes
Term 2 classes are scheduled to commence on 4 April 2020.
If your child has enrolled for face-to-face classes in Term 2, classes will now transition to North Shore Online. The materials for Term 2, Weeks 1 to 3 are now available for collection at the Main Campus at Upper Mt Gravatt. We ask that you please attend the Main Campus during opening hours this week to collect these materials. If you need the materials to be sent to you via post, please verify your postal address with your Campus Manager.
As we are all aware, these are unprecedented times. However, as stressed by governments of all levels, it is important for students to maintain their educational routine and attendance. North Shore Online has been developed for this purpose.
Please contact your Campus Manager if you have any questions, however, given the volume of enquiries, we do ask for your patience.
