HK SWAT 2023

To start your registration for HK SWAT to North Shore Education Centre (HK), please complete our online form for each child. ***PLEASE NOTE*** Your child is not registered yet until full payment is received and admission ticket is issued. To complete your child's registration, our North Shore Education Centre (HK) Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you within 48 hours to finalise your child's registration and take payment. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please contact us immediately to finalise payment and registration.

    We welcome information from parents/guardians about your child’s health. Information about allergies, medical conditions such as asthma and diabetes and other health care related issues should be provided to North Shore Education. Food allergies are the most common trigger for anaphylaxis. If your child’s medical condition is of a SEVERE or moderate nature PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH A PHOTO and A COPY OF THEIR ASCIA ACTION PLAN to familiarise our staff with your child. The ability to recognise your child may prove critical in an emergency.
