Changes to 2021 NSW OC Exam for Year 5 2022 Entry
Yesterday 15 October 2021, changes to the Year 4 OC Exam (scheduled for Wed 17 November 2021) were announced.
The test for 2021 will be computer-based and 60 minutes in length. It will be a continuous test with no breaks. The test will be structured as follows:
- Reading – 14 questions
- Mathematical Skills – 18 questions
- Thinking Skills – 18 questions
- All questions will be multiple-choice.
Effective from Term 4 Week 3 (Starting 23 October 2021), North Shore Year 4 OC Trial Test Program will change to the above format for the remaining 3 weeks.
No changes will be made to the Year 3 OC Trial Test program at this stage.
